Technical Director

Superior Metals Manufacturing seeks a Technical Director to lead production technology, process optimization, and equipment reliability in a precision metal fabrication environment. This role oversees plant technical strategy, mentors engineers and technicians, and drives continuous improvement in machining, welding, and finishing operations. The Technical Director will champion safety, quality, and lean manufacturing, manage capital projects, and collaborate with operations, maintenance, and quality teams to improve throughput, reduce defects, and meet demanding industrial and commercial customer requirements.
