Job Summary Registered Nurse ICU – PRN, nights – Status: PRN Shift: Third. Responsibilities Assess patient clinical status. Develop a plan of care. Implement nursing plan of care. Evaluate the effectiveness of the care plan. Communicate and validate patient care information. Requirements Associate’s Degree in Nursing. Active Kentucky RN License. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification. National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
