To support healthcare operations, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Regulatory Counsel will identify legal risks, manage complex legal matters, and provide compliance counsel remotely. Key responsibilities Provide risk assessments and counsel on compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations Assist business development and operations teams in resolving regulatory matters Monitor changes in regulatory areas and educate personnel on compliance updates Required qualifications Juris Doctorate Law degree 5-7 years of experience as a regulatory counsel Active Attorney license from the Board of Professional Responsibility Thorough knowledge of federal and state laws affecting healthcare organizations Ability to draft and review complex legal documents and contracts
