Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery. Requirements Due to our client base. The candidate should be able to speak English and Spanish. Proven experience as a service advisor or in a customer service role. Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment. Customer-focused with a positive attitude and demeanor. Proficient in using automotive service software and tools.
