My State Farm career began right out of college as a Claim Representative before I had the opportunity to become an agent. After nearly four decades in the industry, I continue to enjoy helping customers protect the people and things that matter most to them. Outside of the office, I enjoy fishing, traveling, and spending time with my wife and our two children. Family is a big part of my life, and that perspective shapes the way I approach both our customers and our team. ROLE DESCRIPTION: Kevin Mitchell - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities.
