Join Our Team as a Real Estate Services Coordinator!
Are you organized, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We’re seeking a dedicated Real Estate Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, on-site position with a structured Monday-Friday schedule, offering a professional work environment and opportunities for growth.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
- Start Date: May 18th - latest start date May 25th for cross-training)
- Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience
- Parking & Attire: Free parking available; business casual dress code (no jeans or hoodies)
- Remote/Hybrid: Not available
What You’ll Do:
As a key member of our team, you’ll handle essential administrative and operational tasks including invoice processing, contract management, work order coordination, and lease administration. Your problem-solving skills and customer service experience will ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting staff with phone support, correspondence, expense reports, and scheduling
- Maintaining tenant, vendor, and property files
- Collaborating with building technicians and vendors to track maintenance requests and open work orders
- Assisting with lease setup, amendments, and reporting
- Managing invoice coding, processing payments, and reconciling accounts
- Communicating with tenants regarding rent collection, where permitted
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 3 years of relevant administrative or real estate support experience
- Strong communication skills—able to interpret instructions and respond effectively
- Basic financial knowledge, including invoice coding and understanding of percentages
- Ability to follow instructions, solve standard problems, and utilize Microsoft Office Suite proficiently
