Manufacturing HR Manager: Policy, Training & Compliance

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY in Mentor, Ohio is seeking a Human Resources Manager responsible for overall administration and coordination of the HR function. The ideal candidate will oversee staff, ensure compliance with personnel legislation, and assist in management of wage and salary programs. This role requires a 4-year degree and communication skills for interaction across all company levels.
