HVAC Service Technician (5+ Years Experience)

Lochard Inc., Snyders Heating & Cooling, and Dave's Services are growing, and we're looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. Pay Range: $22 per hour - $32 per hour plus commissions = 50k-75k per year. 

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Ability to explain repair options and maintenance recommendations to homeowners
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a positive team attitude

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits
• Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
• Recommend repairs, maintenance agreements, and system replacement options when appropriate
• Complete accurate service tickets, notes, and invoices using a tablet
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle
• Follow company safety standards and procedures
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every service call
