Overview Hauling retail merchandise on liftgate trailers. 100% hand unload freight at Dollar General stores using rolltainers. Regularly perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs. 3-5 loads per week with multiple stop-offs per load. Drive within the Midwest. Pay and bonus potential Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving. Weekly performance pay. $7,500 sign‑on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers. $5,000 sign‑on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers. Paid orientation. Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year. Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
