Precision Rotary Surface Grinder Specialist

Divergent is seeking a Rotary Surface Grinder Operator to set up and run rotary grinding equipment, review drawings, and develop grinding strategies for high-value aerospace-like components. You will inspect parts to tight tolerances, select appropriate grinding parameters, and collaborate with QA, machining, and production teams to ensure quality and throughput. The role emphasizes hands-on machining with allowed room for process improvements, 5S safety, and documentation of travelers and logs.
