Senior Clinical Data Manager

Senior Clinical Data Manager at a precision oncology biotechnology company in Boston. Leads data management planning, oversight, and execution across clinical trial lifecycle, ensuring high-quality, compliant data through vendor management and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Data Management lead within clinical trial team and oversee activities throughout trial lifecycle
- Provide sponsor oversight of CRO and external data vendors for Data Management, IRT, and eCOA execution
- Ensure timely delivery of complete, accurate, and inspection-ready clinical data
- Review and approve key Data Management deliverables including CRF specifications, edit checks, and plans
- Establish and monitor data quality metrics and KPIs to maintain data integrity and compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, Mathematics, Health Sciences, or related field
- 5+ years of clinical data management experience in biotech, pharma, or CRO settings
- Experience leading data management activities for clinical trials
- Demonstrated ability to manage outsourced vendors and CRO partners
- Knowledge of EDC systems, IRT, and eCOA platforms
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and data integrity standards
