The office provides a wide range of services including restorative dentistry, dentures, partials, extractions, hygiene care, emergency treatment, and comprehensive treatment planning. The practice has an established patient base, modern dental technology, and significant opportunity for continued expansion.

• Four-day work week preferred

• Typical office hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Opportunity for schedule flexibility based on candidate preferences

• Perform comprehensive examinations and treatment planning

• Deliver high-quality restorative dentistry, crown and bridge procedures, removable prosthetics, extractions, and emergency care

• Collaborate with hygienists and clinical team members to provide exceptional patient care

• Educate patients on treatment options and oral health

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards

• Contribute to practice growth through strong communication, patient education, and relationship-building

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school

• Active Arizona dental license or ability to obtain licensure

• 3+ years of clinical experience preferred

• Strong skills in comprehensive treatment planning, restorative dentistry, removable prosthetics, and patient communication

• Ability to build trust and establish long-term patient relationships

• Interest in helping grow a practice and potentially pursuing future partnership or ownership opportunities

• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care

• Competitive compensation based on collections

• Earning potential of approximately $280,000–$350,000+
