At Chick-fil-A, the Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. They are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.

We open for service at 6:00 AM Monday through Saturday. We are seeking hard-working individuals who can assist in both Front of House and Back of House operations to help open and serve through the Breakfast and Lunch-time dayparts throughout the week, including Saturdays, throughout the year.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management: receiving and storing deliveries.
• Exterior building maintenance (parking lot clean up, landscaping stewardship)
• Assist with minor equipment maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Dishwashing
• Adherence to Chick-fil-A's operational policies and procedures.
• Strive for product quality and consistency.
• Assist leadership in executing opening and/or closing procedures and shift operations.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures.
• Maintain consistently reliable attendance and punctuality.

Requirements

• Open availability: must be available to arrive no later than 7 AM daily.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic.
• Positive attitude.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
