Treatment Coordinator Passion Dental Passion Dental is seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Braintree Dentistry and Braces. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in helping patients understand their treatment needs, financial options, and next steps in their dental care journey. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can build trust with patients while helping them navigate treatment recommendations and insurance benefits. Responsibilities Present and explain treatment plans recommended by doctorsEducate patients on treatment options, insurance benefits, and financial arrangementsCoordinate scheduling for restorative, specialty, and follow-up treatmentVerify insurance benefits and assist patients with understanding coverageSupport treatment acceptance through clear communication and patient educationFollow up with patients regarding outstanding treatment needsCollaborate closely with doctors, hygienists, and front office team membersMaintain accurate patient records and documentationHelp create a positive and welcoming patient experienceSupport office goals related to patient retention and treatment completion Why Join Passion Dental?
