Graphic Designer

Location: Lafayette, LA Position: Full Time Experience: 3-5 years We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience and be comfortable working across multiple clients, industries and types of creative projects. Experience in B2B, industrial, oil and gas, or energy marketing is a strong plus. This role requires a designer who can balance creativity with strong production skills and efficiently take projects from concept through final execution across print and digital channels. Key Responsibilities Design marketing and sales collateral, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, presentations, trade show materials and other promotional pieces Develop creative concepts and execute designs across multiple client brands Handle production art, file preparation and final artwork for print and digital projects Create graphics and content for social media and digital advertising Design and produce email marketing and eblast creative Develop graphics and visual assets for websites and landing pages Assist with video production, editing and motion graphics Create animations and other digital creative as needed Maintain brand consistency across client materials and campaigns Manage multiple projects, clients and deadlines simultaneously Work collaboratively with account, digital and creative team members Prepare and organize production-ready files and project assets Qualifications 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition and brand standards Experience designing for both print and digital applications Strong production-art skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills Ability to receive feedback and efficiently incorporate revisions Preferred Qualifications Agency or other multi-client design experience B2B marketing experience Experience working with industrial, oil and gas, energy, manufacturing or related industries Video editing and production experience Motion graphics and animation experience Experience developing creative for email marketing, social media and digital advertising Experience creating graphics and assets for websites and other digital platforms What We’re Looking For A creative thinker with strong design fundamentals and practical production skills Someone who can move comfortably between different clients, brands and industries Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, polished work Ability to manage priorities and work efficiently in a deadline-driven agency environment A collaborative team player who can also take ownership of projects independently Someone who understands that effective design needs to be both visually compelling and strategically sound What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience A professional, creative and collaborative work environment Opportunity to work across a diverse range of clients, industries and creative projects Opportunity to contribute to print, digital, social, web, video and integrated marketing campaigns #J-18808-Ljbffr Foster Marketing, LLC
