Conduct training sessions as needed and track participation. Regularly request feedback from trainees to ensure a high-quality experience/ppJob training with STD work description, SOP and WI/ppSafety training, STOP. FLRA and all others safety programs/ppResolving any conflict immediately and assuring that behavior is in line with IKO values. Ask for help if needed/ppEnsuring proper documentation and complete reports (compliance, checklists, production reports, spreadsheets, metrics, incident investigations, etc.)/ppOur Ideal Candidate:/ppPost-secondary degree/diploma, preferably in industrial technology or engineering, business administration, or management/ppMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience within a fast-paced Manufacturing environment, 3 of which must be in a supervisory role/ppStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills with hands-on problem-solving skills in a manufacturing environment/ppStrong interpersonal skills and leadership ability in order to successfully manage a diverse group of employees/ppExcellent communication (written, verbal, and presentation), analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills/ppProven track record of operational enhancement and improvements through employee engagement, demonstrated team building talent/ppFlexible to work varying shift and days/ppExcellent time management, planning, and organizational skills/ppProficient in MS Office/ppKnowledge of KRONOS time and attendance system is an asset/ppBenefits of Employment:/ppIKO recognizes that its success is due to the strength of its employees.
