Overview Job Opportunity: Production Associate - 2nd Shift in Cincinnati, OH. This hands-on role supports production by packaging products, moving materials, and helping keep operations running safely and efficiently. Starting pay: $18-$20/hour. Pack, weigh, and label finished products for shipment. Load materials and supply production lines as needed. Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards. Always follow safety guidelines and food manufacturing procedures. Handle materials using equipment such as pallet jacks. Support equipment checks and report any issues. Assist with cleaning and sanitation to maintain production standards. Collaborate closely with the team to keep operations running efficiently. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred Food production experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Basic math skills and flexibility to work weekends as needed Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Stand and move throughout your shift for 8+ hours Ability to work at varying temperatures (freezer to production floor) If you’re looking for a hands-on role where you can stay active, support a team, and grow in a manufacturing environment, we’d love to hear from you.
