District Sales Manager – Houston Leadership role overseeing a network of up to 20 stores in the Houston district, responsible for driving sales, developing talent, and ensuring operational excellence. Compensation Salary: $100,000.00 – $145,000.00. In addition includes car allowance, bonus incentive, medical, dental, vision, 401k and discounts. Responsibilities Lead district to consistently surpass sales targets and KPIs. Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Store Managers. Ensure flawless execution of company strategies, merchandising directives, and operational standards. Analyze market trends, optimize product assortments, and implement innovative strategies to maximize profitability. Navigate retail landscape changes, leading team through transitions with confidence. Qualifications 5+ years of multi‑unit retail management experience, district‑level preferred. Strong sales strategy skills with a track record of exceeding targets. Proven people development and engagement skills. Resilient problem‑solver, thrives under pressure.
