- Assist veterinarians during physical exams, vaccinations, and outpatient procedures
- Perform and process laboratory tests (bloodwork, urinalysis, fecals, etc.)
- Monitor and manage anesthesia for surgical and dental procedures
- Take and process radiographs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Educate clients on preventive care, post-treatment instructions, and home care
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure a clean, organized treatment area
- Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT/RVT/CVT) in New York State, or currently enrolled in an accredited veterinary technology program
- Strong interest in general practice and preventive care
- Eager to expand knowledge in veterinary orthopedic procedures and patient care.
