We're looking for a detail-oriented Prep Cook to lay the groundwork for our kitchen's success. You'll be responsible for getting ingredients ready to the exact standards our menu demands — consistency and quality here directly impact what goes out to every table.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare ingredients according to recipes and portioning guidelines — chopping, slicing, dicing, marinating, portioning proteins, making sauces and stocks, etc.
• Follow prep lists and communicate with the sous chef or kitchen manager on daily priorities
• Properly label, date, and store all prepped items following food safety and rotation standards (FIFO)
• Maintain a clean, organized station and adhere to all sanitation guidelines
• Monitor inventory levels and flag low stock or quality issues to kitchen leadership
• Operate kitchen equipment safely (slicers, mixers, food processors, etc.)
• Taste and adjust seasoning under guidance to maintain consistency across batches
• Support line cooks during service when needed, restocking items as they run low
• Assist with receiving and breaking down deliveries
