Job Summary:

Rock River Nursing & Rehab is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals at our Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin facility. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, working closely with registered nurses and other members of the healthcare team to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding, in a dignified and compassionate manner
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to registered nurses and other healthcare staff
• Perform vital signs and other clinical evaluations as needed
• Assist with range of motion exercises, transfers, and other therapeutic activities
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and medications administered
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans
• Provide emotional support and social interaction to residents
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols

Requirements:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Wisconsin

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous experience in long-term care or healthcare setting preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
