Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor advanced manufacturing equipment.

• Perform inspections using microscopes and precision quality tools.

• Set up, troubleshoot, and make basic equipment adjustments.

• Accurately document production data and maintain records.

• Follow all safety, quality, and cleanroom procedures.

• Handle materials safely while using required PPE.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Work closely with team members to achieve production goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, machine operation, or a technical environment.

• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and procedures.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Cleanroom, semiconductor, electronics, or quality inspection experience is a plus.

Schedule

12-Hour Shifts

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

• Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

• Overtime built into the schedule every other week

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Allentown, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
