Customer Service Assistant

As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll package groceries and help customers transport their purchases from the Store to their vehicles. Key responsibilities include assisting in unloading merchandise from baskets, packaging groceries, and helping customers in transporting and locating merchandise. Additionally, you will gather baskets, pick up trash, maintain and stock bag areas, return products to proper locations, stock and stage bags, and distribute Buddy bucks to registers. You will also be responsible for cleaning, mopping, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming the check stand area, Return Center, and CCO area to maintain store cleanliness and safety. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain productivity and efficiency standards, and work with customers attentively. Physical demands include reaching, standing, walking, bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, stair climbing, twisting, pushing, pulling, pinching, and performing fine motor movements. Occasional exposure to cold, hot, loud noises, ambient temperatures, and wet conditions is expected. The ability to lift 55 lbs and manage more than 55 lbs (up to 100 lbs) is required.
