We are looking for a self-motivated Territory/Outside Sales Representative to develop automotive and industrial accounts in the Northern California area. This is a unique opportunity to represent a market leader in automotive refinishing and be part of the company’s continued growth as we expand existing markets.

Your key responsibilities will include presenting product demonstrations, providing product knowledge, and building customer relationships. The position requires extensive driving and some out of town travel (25-50%), mainly for in-person prospecting on automotive & industrial accounts. In-depth industry training will be provided to the right candidate, but prior outside sales experience is required.

Territory: Northern California & Northern Nevada

Compensation: $60K - $80K 1st year compensation; additional monthly car allowance & gas reimbursement

Required Qualifications/Experience:

• Outside / Field sales experience
• Closing skill
• Product demonstration experience
• Ability to Travel (up to 25 - 50% out-of-town travel)
