So, what will you be doing? Craft and execute killer international marketing strategies that fuel growth and turn heads in every corner of the globe. Lead and inspire regional marketing teams to stay on-brand, on-message, and on fire. Dive deep into market research to uncover trends, opportunities, and what makes each region tick. Localize global campaigns with just the right amount of flair, finesse, and legal compliance. Team up with our product, PR, sales, and digital folks to make sure everyone’s marching to the same beat. Oversee digital media buys, content localization, and channel optimization like a pro. Define and track performance metrics that actually mean something (we like data, but we love results). Manage the global marketing budget like it’s your own (we trust you). Stay ahead of global trends, tech, and cultural shifts—because boring is not in our vocabulary. Represent our brand like a boss at global conferences, trade shows, and wherever the action is. What will you bring to the table? A degree in Marketing, Business, International Relations—or the school of hard (and smart) marketing knocks. (MBA? Bonus points.) 5+ years of marketing magic, with at least 2 leading international efforts. Real-world wins in creating and scaling global campaigns that connect and convert. A sixth sense for cultural nuance, localization, and regional vibes. Experience leading remote teams and working across time zones without losing your mind. Leadership chops, communication wizardry, and project management superpowers. Digital marketing fluency, plus CRM and analytics know-how that makes dashboards jealous.
