Marketing Coordinator

Are you a marketer who wants your work to positively impact the growth of our organization? KW Select | KWCommercial Midwest is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to be the voice of our brokerage. You will partner with the Market Center leadership team to amplify our world-class training, productivity-specific environment, and fun culture. If you've marketed your own listings, leveraged social media to create a following, or led systematic growth from the administrative position in a brokerage, you already speak our language. If you come from marketing in another industry, you bring the promotional playbook, and we'll teach you real estate. You'll work closely every day with the recruiting team, the Team Leader and the Market Center Administrator. This is a full-time, in office employment position where you will grow within our organization. What you'll do Social media management Plan, create, and post content across all internal and external KW Select|KWCommercial Midwest social media platforms. Plan, create, and post content for the Team Leader and Operating Principal. Build community by following, engaging, and communicating with agents across every platform. Owns the marketing and promotion of events across all communication channels. Tracks responses and reporting of key marketing analytics across all channels. Promote/markets events through internal social media and public-facing social media platforms and through our internal technology platform. Attend events to capture promotional content: Some events fall on evenings or weekends. Promotes celebration of all market center and agent milestones. Champions agent engagement of internal events by creating team meeting slide decks, owning the internal newsletter and publishing monthly awards. Own "sunshine" outreach for agents' major life events. Write cards, make phone calls, and hold conversations with agents to celebrate their accomplishments. Systematically follow through on all marketing "touches" to ensure every agent feels recognized and valued. Lead or co-lead up to 4 market center trainings a month on social media, listings, newsletters, branding and other marketing topics. Brand projects Partner with the executive team on design projects, keep the website current and elevate the market center brand. This is a general overview, not a complete list of responsibilities. Who's a good fit You love the Realtor® and the real estate industry. You may be an agent or have worked in ancillary companies woven into the real estate industry, a brokerage administrator, or a marketer from another industry. Most importantly, you understand real estate professionals, can articulate our talents, and promote our brand with expertise, passion, and commitment . You embody a servant leader's heart and a mindset of abundance. You are driven to learn continuously, and eager to own a big piece of our continual growth. You're creative in Canva, disciplined with deadlines and genuinely enjoy celebrating people. Apply if you have: 1+ years of marketing experience for a brand, an agency or your own real estate business, including running multiple social media profiles Strong Canva design skills and the ability to create on-brand materials A solid grasp of social media promotion that drives results High attention to detail and proactive Comfortable calling agents, vendors, and other contacts You'll stand out if you also have: Real estate experience in sales, marketing, or administration Marketing experience in a sales-driven or membership-based business Basic video recording and editing skills Experience with Wix, Linktree, Eventbrite and Google Workspace A background in CRM marketing What success looks like Success in this role is consistent, intentional, and effective marketing that drives the growth of the MarketCenter. Reliability: every post, email and graphic goes out on schedule, without reminders. Agent engagement: promotion of "can't-miss" events drives market center engagement. Accuracy: names, numbers and award details are correct the first time.
