Patient Care Coordinator

We are looking for a professional, detail-oriented patient care coordinator and front office manager. This is a dynamic role suited for someone who genuinely loves people and takes pride in delivering an exceptional patient experience. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver with a collaborative approach to join our close-knit team and grow with us as the practice continues to grow. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations and help facilitate a seamless patient experience Coordinate patient scheduling, follow ups, and lead conversions Drive patient retention through education, sales and communication Process payments and invoices and maintain accurate records in the EMR system Oversee and manage compliance, licensure, insurance, OSHA and HIPAA records Support providers by anticipating clinical and administrative needs Room patients if needed including taking photos and asking for an update on their medical history, and clean rooms in between patients Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in a medical practice, preferably in dermatology or aesthetics Detail-oriented communication across slack, email, and EMR systems Ability to prioritize administrative tasks while anticipating providers and patient needs
