Operations Manager

Individual will be responsible for overseeing the local office of Container Services. Will be responsible for meeting all contractual requirements.

Assessing staffing needs and make recommendations to managers.

Training and employee development.

Communicating with the customer on issues concerning the customer contract.

Manage service technicians/drivers and administrative staff. Effectively handle personnel issues as they arise.

Supervise the completion of service orders.

Oversee Safety.

Development of good customer relations.

Resolve customer service issues.

Schedule service calls.

Warranty communications with customers.

Any other duties as necessary to meet customer demands or as directed by management.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret company documents and correspondence.

Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.

Ability to effectively present information to top management and/or public groups.

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Minimum Associates Degree; Bachelor's degree preferred

Must have 5+ year's customer service experience, preferably in the Waste or Plastics Industries

2 year's management experience
