Step into a dynamic contract role as a Speech Language Pathologist supporting K-12 students with a diverse range of communication needs. Located in Sennet, NY and spanning from now through June 26, 2027, this opportunity offers a meaningful way to impact students with mild to severe disabilities, including autism, cognitive delays, emotional disturbance, and Down Syndrome. Work 32.5 hours per week in a supportive educational environment.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Hold a valid NY Speech Language Pathologist license
• Active TSSLD Certification required
• Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC) preferred
• Experience in school-based therapy, pediatrics, or healthcare settings
• Skill with teletherapy platforms is a plus
• Comfortable managing caseloads with a wide spectrum of needs, from mild language delays to complex disorders
• Compassion, adaptability, and clear communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for K-12 students with varying disabilities
• Deliver direct speech-language therapy, both in-person and via teletherapy when needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and educators to tailor interventions
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with state and district standards
• Engage with families to promote carry-over and generalization of communication skills
• Monitor progress and adjust therapies to ensure student success
