What You'll Do: The Impact You'll Make

\n

As the Senior Structural Project Engineer, you will be the driving force behind complex aviation projects, managing budgets and scopes with fees ranging from $10k to over $1M. You will:

\n

\n
• Lead and mentor a talented team of engineers and technicians to successful project completion.
\n
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and contractors, building and maintaining strong relationships.
\n
• Develop and manage project work plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring excellence from kickoff to closeout.
\n
• Coordinate the structural design scope both in-house and with external consultants.
\n
• Champion quality by developing and implementing project-specific QA/QC plans.
\n
• Actively contribute to the growth and development of junior staff, shaping the next generation of engineers.
\n

What You'll Bring: Your Expertise

\n

Required Qualifications:

\n

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited curriculum.
\n
• A minimum of 9 years of progressive experience as a Structural Engineer.
\n
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong interpersonal communication skills.
\n

• Proven experience managing projects from the start of design through to the end of construction.
\n
• Direct experience working on projects within the aviation industry.
\n
• Advanced project management, client management, and business development skills.
