This is a real ownership-minded role — you'll manage people, performance, and profitability under an active and growing hotel ownership group. Responsibilities Lead Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Breakfast operations Manage labor, budgets, and departmental expenses Drive guest satisfaction scores (Wyndham GSS, Google, TripAdvisor) Hire, train, and develop staff to brand and company standards Enforce Wyndham/LQ brand compliance and property cleanliness standards Handle vendor relationships, scheduling, and payroll oversight Report to ownership on financial performance and operational KPIs Qualifications 2+ years hotel management experience (AGM, GM, or equivalent) Wyndham brand experience strongly preferred OnQ PMS familiarity a plus Strong communicator — with guests, staff, and ownership Flexible availability — this is a 24/7 operation Financial literacy: comfortable with P&Ls, labor cost, RevPAR, ADR What You Get Competitive pay based on experience Career path toward GM with a growing ownership group Wyndham travel discounts Energetic, supportive team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
