This role will help deliver modern wealth management capabilities, including integration with Aladdin Wealth, to improve advisor workflows, portfolio management, client reporting, and advice delivery.The ideal candidate brings strong product management experience, solid knowledge of the wealth management industry, and the ability to translate advisor and client needs into clear product priorities, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes.What You’ll do:The Senior Product Manager will focus on advisor and client experiences first, partnering with a vendor and internal teams to deliver a new portfolio management system for Schwab’s wealth offer. This role requires a strong understanding of wealth management capabilities, advisor workflows, and digital product delivery in a complex, highly matrixed environment. In this role, you will:Develop a deep understanding of advisor, client, and field needs and use data, feedback, and research to improve wealth management experiencesHelp define and deliver the future portfolio management experience, including portfolio analysis, investment proposals, client reporting, rebalancing, trading, risk insights, and advice documentationPartner with a third party vendor and internal technology teams to integrate Aladdin Wealth and related capabilities into advisor and client workflowsBuild and manage product roadmaps, priorities, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plansWork across technology, UX, business, risk, compliance, field, operations, and vendor teams to align decisions, manage tradeoffs, and support release readinessCommunicate strategy, progress, risks, and recommendations to leaders in a clear, fact based, and outcome oriented mannerWhat you haveRequired Qualifications5 to 7 years of product management or product development experience within financial services Strong understanding of the wealth management industry and advisor workflows, including portfolio management, investment proposals, financial planning, client reporting, rebalancing, trading, risk analysis, and advice documentationStrong product management skills, including discovery, roadmap management, backlog refinement, user stories, acceptance criteria, release planning, and Agile deliveryAbility to partner across technology, UX, business, risk, compliance, legal, operations, field, and vendor teams to deliver integrated digital experiencesStrong analytical, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for senior leaders and stakeholdersSelf starter with sound judgment, strong ownership, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast paced, highly matrixed environmentPreferred QualificationsBachelor and post graduate degrees, and securities industries licensesExperience with Aladdin Wealth or similar investment management, portfolio management, or financial planning platforms is a plusKnowledge of Schwab products, services and support systemsIn addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.Job SummaryRequisition ID: 2026-126421Posted Date: 2 weeks ago(9/4/2026 9:54 AM)Category: Product & Project ManagementSalary Range: USD $105,600.00 - $175,000.00 / YearApplication deadline: 9/22/2026Position Type: Full time
