Our office is quickly growing and we are in need of an exceptional insurance industry C ustomer Service Representative ! The position offered is for either full or part time. Our customer service representative needs to exceed customer service standards to current clients while also assisting prospects as they call in. Experienced, Licensed Customer Service Reps can expect to earn $34,000-36,000 in salary PLUS commission and bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities- Answer incoming phone calls promptly.
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Verify contact information and update where necessary.
- Handle billing inquiries and process payments
- Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
- Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within specified timeframe.
- Property & Casualty license is required.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Driven and goal-oriented individual.
- Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
- Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
