Production OperatorVolt is working with a reputable medical device company in Monrovia, CA Production Operation Jobs Available. Volt is immediately hiring for Production Operator in Monrovia, CA. As a Production Operator you will:Use microscopes, magnifying glasses, and camera lenses to inspect the product.Carefully inspect and review each product making sure it meets company's standards.Must adhere to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) requirements, including no makeup, jewelry, accessories, nail polish, or artificial nails, and proper use of hair restraints and personal protective equipment (PPE) in production areas.Stand for the entire shift, working at one station.Meet/Exceed manufacturing standards; hitting goals and working safely at every point in the assembly processThis is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity.Shifts Available:1st shift: Mon - Thu. (3:00 AM - 1:30 PM)2nd shift: Mon - Thu. (3:00 PM - 1:30 AM)3rd shift: Fri - Sun. (2:30 AM - 3:00 PM)The ideal candidate will have:Experience working with microscopes and small toolsMust be able to work in a seated position for entire shift (10 – 12 hours)Knowledge of safety standards in a manufacturing environment while using production equipmentCandidates selected must meet all pre-screening eligibility requirementsMust have High School Diploma or GEDMust be fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).Pay Rate:1st shift- $19/hr2nd shift- $19.00 plus $00.50/hr shift differential3rd shift- $19.00 plus $2.00/hr shift differential*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
