Job Summary:
Seeking aqualified Respiratory Therapist to provide advanced respiratory care across two facilities. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, experienced, and committed to patient care excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver respiratory therapy treatments and interventions according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust therapies to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments in the Epic system.
• Adhere to compliance standards, including mandatory fingerprinting and vaccination requirements.
• Float between facilities as needed, ensuring coverage for scheduled shifts and holiday requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid MN RRT license or be pending (must obtain by start date).
• Possess at least 2 years of relevant experience in respiratory therapy.
• NBRC RRT certification preferred.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Epic electronic charting.
• Be at least 25 miles away from the facility location, as locals are not accepted.
• Have a valid MN CNA license or proof of application for RN/LPN license.
