Litigation AssociateA Northern Virginia commercial real estate law firm is seeking a talented Litigation Associate to join its Litigation Practice Group in its Prince William County, Virginia office.Responsibilities:Handle novel and complex real estate litigation matters.Handle title litigation matters.Handle trust and estates litigation matters.Handle eminent domain litigation matters.Handle business disputes.Work on matters involving real estate transactions and land use.Handle matters in or involving Northern Virginia courts.The Litigation Practice Group handles a variety of matters, including:Real estate litigationTitle litigationTrust and estates litigationEminent domain litigationBusiness disputesRequired Qualifications:Experience in real estate litigation, title litigation, trust and estates litigation, eminent domain litigation, or business disputes is preferred.Experience with real estate transactions and land use matters is beneficial.Familiarity with Northern Virginia courts is beneficial.Compensation:Base Salary: commensurate with experiencePerformance-based mid-year and year-end bonusesBenefits:401(k) and 401(k) matchingMedical, dental, and vision insuranceHealth savings accountFlexible spending accountLife insuranceShort- and long-term disability insurancePaid time off and holidaysProfessional development assistanceRetirement planWork Location: In person
