On-Site Apartment Maintenance Manager

Arlington Properties is seeking a Service Manager to lead the on-site maintenance team at our apartment communities in Tuscaloosa, AL. You’ll oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and appliance repairs, ensuring quality and safety. You’ll train staff, manage service requests within 24 hours, prepare market-ready units in 3–5 days, maintain logs, and coordinate with the Community Manager on budgets, projects, and vendor relations.
