HSE Supervisor

HSE Supervisor – Utility-Scale Solar PV / Renewable Energy Project | Texas Basis North America is seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor to support a major utility‑scale Solar PV / renewable energy project in Texas . We are looking for candidates with strong field‑based HSE experience in construction environments, preferably within Solar PV, renewable energy, power generation, or large‑scale energy infrastructure projects . Key Requirements Minimum of 7 years of HSE management experience in construction environments Direct experience supporting Solar PV / renewable energy / power projects Experience performing independent HSE oversight, including audits, inspections, and field compliance checks Strong knowledge of electrical safety and HV safety supervision Experience supporting energization activities and other high‑risk construction activities Working knowledge of Permit‑to‑Work and LOTO systems Training in applicable safety standards and regulations, including OSHA and electrical safety standards Ability to work closely with EPC contractors, site teams, and project stakeholders Important Candidates must demonstrate real experience in Solar PV, renewable energy, or power project environments. Experience only in general safety, manufacturing, logistics, or non‑energy environments may not be sufficient for this role.
