Position: Traveling Associate Dentist We are currently looking for a Traveling Associate Dentist to become part of our expanding team. Enjoy working with children, who represent over 70% of our patient demographic. Responsibilities Provide dental services to patients with the assistance of your team as a Traveling Associate Dentist. Uphold the highest standards of integrity by complying with all governmental regulations, organizational standards, and compliance programs. Perform additional duties as assigned. Our Practice Offers DentaPro software Digital x-ray and Panorex units Fiber-optic handpieces Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training A supportive team structure with a ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider A patient base primarily consisting of ages 3-21, with up to 30% adult patients depending on location Office workflow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors Qualifications We expect you to possess: A DDS/DMD degree from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation A current, valid dental license in the states where you will provide care or eligibility for licensure Any additional certifications as required, such as CPR and DEA Nitrous Oxide certification (only applicable in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA) A compassionate nature and a strong commitment to providing dental care to both children and adults This Opportunity Provides Weekly travel compensation for visiting other offices within your geographic area, with all expenses covered (hotel, mileage, meals) Opportunities for growth and development through mentoring and collaboration Attractive sign-on bonuses and student loan repayment assistance of up to $1,000/month for specific locations What We Offer A guaranteed biweekly salary during the ramp-up period OR a percentage of collections No lab fees Full-time providers are eligible for Medical/Dental/Vision insurance plans, HSA/FSA Company-paid Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, and Basic Life Insurance plans 401(k) Retirement Plan with company matching Company-covered malpractice insurance Paid holidays and time off Reimbursement for Continuing Education CE opportunities through the ADA Accredited Continuing Education Recognition Program (C.E.R.P) Reimbursement for licenses, certifications, and professional dues, including ADA and/or AAPD memberships Flexible scheduling options to support a healthy work/life balance Visa and Green Card sponsorship available We prioritize teamwork, mutual respect, and collaboration.
