We are seeking an experienced and driven Medical Director (MD/DO) to join a growing healthcare organization in Helena, Montana . This is an outstanding opportunity to combine hands-on clinical care with strategic leadership in a supportive and mission-driven environment.

Role Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care within assigned facilities
️ Serve as Medical Director overseeing clinical quality, standards, and compliance
Ensure regulatory adherence and accurate documentation
Lead and mentor NPs, PAs, and clinical staff
Drive quality improvement initiatives and care coordination
Maintain timely and thorough clinical records

Qualifications

️ MD or DO
️ Board Certified / Board Eligible (Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or related field)
️ Active or eligible Montana medical license
️ Prior leadership or Medical Director experience preferred
️ Strong commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
