Experienced Site Construction Manager

Responsibilities Lead construction administration activities for multi‑discipline construction projects in accordance with the project contract and schedule; conduct daily construction inspections to ensure proper installation of equipment; manage the flow of project communications, including submittals, RFIs, and supplemental instructions; ensure safety standards are being followed; create daily construction reports. Travel to construction sites is an essential function of this position; a valid driver’s license is required. Qualifications Minimum of eight years of relevant experience, which may be satisfied through the following combinations: Associate degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline plus six years of experience Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related discipline plus four years of experience No degree plus eight years of experience Ideal Candidate Experience managing three or more projects valued at $50 million or greater Experience in pre‑cast concrete food plant construction Proficient in construction scheduling Proficient in processing paperwork such as RFIs, change orders, supplemental instructions, and payment requests Ability to arrange and conduct site meetings Strong communication and organizational skills; self‑motivated; able to work independently and as part of a team #J-18808-Ljbffr
