Data Center Estimator

To support data center construction projects, the full-time Data Center Estimator will prepare cost estimates, interpret blueprints, and collaborate with project teams while working onsite in Plano, TX. Key responsibilities Assist in preparing cost estimates, bills of materials, and labor projections for data center projects Interpret blueprints and specifications to determine project requirements and validate material quantities Support bid preparation and maintain historical cost data, ensuring compliance with company standards Required qualifications Associate or bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related technical field 3-5 years of experience in estimating, project coordination, or data center construction Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, or cabling systems used in mission-critical facilities Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Bluebeam, and estimating software (e.g., Trimble, Accubid) Knowledge of Division 27 construction specifications in ISP environments
