Operations Supervisor

Weekend Operations Supervisor Our client, a long-standing and highly valued partner of ours, is a global manufacturer and technology leader serving industrial, automation, motion control, and power systems markets worldwide. They are continuing to make major investments into their southeastern Wisconsin operations, including the ongoing expansion and development of a large-scale advanced manufacturing and engineering campus in Franklin. This is not a maintenance "babysitter" role or an office-based supervisory position. This is a hands-on production leadership opportunity for someone who wants ownership, visibility, and the ability to directly influence culture, accountability, and operational performance on a critical weekend shift operation. The Opportunity: The Weekend Operations Supervisor will lead a team of approximately 12-15 associates within a complex assembly and engineered-to-order manufacturing environment, with anticipated growth to 20+ employees over time. This individual will have direct responsibility for: Daily production execution Team leadership and accountability Safety and quality performance Floor support and issue resolution Training and employee development Shift communication and operational continuity This role will spend the vast majority of time directly on the manufacturing floor supporting the team in real time.
