What you’ll bring:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Active Michigan SLP license or eligibility for state licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or clinical fellowship year (CFY) considered
• Prior experience in a school setting preferred, but strong clinical skills from other settings will be considered
• Ability to develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and provide evidence-based therapy
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with parents, teachers, and staff
• Organizational skills to efficiently manage caseload documentation and progress tracking

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services across a diverse student population
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
• Document interventions, maintain compliance records, and track outcomes
