Express Employment Professionals is hiring an HVAC Technician for a reputable company in the Grand Rapids area. We're looking for someone with previous HVAC experience who is dependable, mechanically inclined, and interested in continuing to develop their skills with a company that values long-term growth.

This is a great fit for someone who already has a foundation in HVAC and is ready to gain additional hands-on knowledge while working alongside an experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems with precision and care.
Diagnose HVAC issues and perform troubleshooting to resolve problems efficiently.
Conduct routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and system tune-ups to ensure equipment operates safely and effectively.
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their questions and concerns.
Maintain accurate service records and follow all safety protocols on every job.

Qualifications

Previous HVAC experience required
Knowledge of heating, cooling, ventilation, and basic HVAC system operation
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting abilities
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Professional communication and customer service skills
Dependable, motivated, and willing to continue learning
Ability to lift equipment and perform physical work in a variety of environments
