Position Overview

Are you a licensed Property & Casualty insurance professional looking for a career where you can focus on helping clients while growing your income?

Usery Insurance Agency is looking for a motivated Personal Lines Insurance Advisor to join our growing Allstate team. In this role, you'll work directly with prospective customers to understand their needs, recommend personalized insurance solutions, and build long-term relationships based on trust and exceptional service.

This is a sales-focused position with a dedicated service team supporting existing policyholders, allowing you to spend your time doing what you do best—helping new customers find the right coverage.

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with prospective customers and identify their insurance needs.
• Recommend personalized auto, home, and other personal lines insurance solutions.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
• Educate clients on coverage options and help them make informed decisions.
• Achieve individual sales goals while providing an outstanding customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records and stay current on insurance products and industry updates.

Qualifications

• Active GA Property & Casualty insurance license required.
• Previous insurance sales experience preferred.
• Georgia license required before your start date if applying from another state.
• Life license is a plus, but not required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a passion for helping clients and achieving results.
