Position Overview We are seeking physician anesthesiologists for modern, outpatient surgical settings in Tucson, South Tucson, and ASC locations. The role emphasizes 100% personal performance anesthesia, no overnight call, and a flexible schedule with 17 shifts per month for full‑time FTE. Part‑time options are available for any FTE amount. Key Responsibilities Provide anesthesia for outpatient surgical cases in Orthopedics, GI, Ophthalmology, ENT, GYN, Plastics, Urology, and General Surgery. Manage all aspects of patient care for these cases, including pre‑operative evaluation, intra‑operative management, and post‑operative recovery. Compensation & Benefits Anticipated total annual compensation: $545,000 (guaranteed salary + productivity + shift differentials + incentive bonus). Sign‑on bonus: $50,000. Loan repayment assistance: $100,000 (plus Public Service Loan Forgiveness). Overtime and additional shift pay available. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
