Human Resources Business PartnerConnect Search is partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in the Green Bay, WI area to identify a HR Business Partner to join its Human Resources team.This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys both recruiting and employee-facing HR work and is ready to take on broader responsibility. The role will lead recruiting efforts for salaried positions while serving as the primary HR resource for a local facility, supporting employee relations, performance management, talent development, and other HR initiatives.The position offers a strong mix of hands-on HR responsibilities and higher-level talent strategy, with the opportunity to build your own team and expand your scope as the organization continues to grow.Title: Human Resources Business Partner Salary: $85,000 – $105,000 (based on experience) & Benefits Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, 401k, Tuition, PTO, Holidays, etc. Schedule: M-F 7:30 AM–4:30 PM with some flexibility Remote: one work-from-home day per week after approximately 90 days training periodKey responsibilities include:Lead full-cycle recruiting for salaried positions across the organizationBuild candidate pipelines and maintain relationships with recruiting partnersSupport employee relations and serve as a resource for employees and managersPartner with leadership on performance management, coaching, and workforce needsCoordinate performance review and talent management processesSupport succession planning, employee development, and internal career growth initiativesMaintain job descriptions and assist with position and promotion processesSupport onboarding, employee engagement, and other HR programsAssist with leave administration and general employee supportHelp plan employee events and contribute to day-to-day HR administrative needsIdentify opportunities to improve recruiting and HR processesPartner with the broader HR team on company-wide initiativesQualifications:2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or progressive HR experience2+ years of hands-on experience with employee relationsComfortable serving as the primary HR resource for a facilityExperience with performance management, talent development, or succession planning is a plusBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Psychology, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be consideredExperience working with an ATS and/or HRISProficiency with Microsoft Office and ExcelStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating with a broader HR teamWillingness to jump in wherever needed, from strategic HR initiatives to employee events and day-to-day supportPHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or similar certification is a plusThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who has built a foundation in recruiting and HR and is looking for a role where they can broaden their experience, own key HR functions, and continue growing toward a well-rounded HR Business Partner career path.If you're interested in learning more about this opportunity, please apply or reach out to View email address on click.appcast.io!
