We are seeking an experiencedLuxury Client Advisor & Personal Shopper to join our team. This individual will possess a genuine passion for luxury fashion, exceptional relationship-building skills, and an entrepreneurial approach to cultivating a loyal client base. The ideal candidate understands that luxury retail is not simply about selling product, it's about creating meaningful, lasting relationships through impeccable service and expertise. Key Responsibilities Deliver an exceptional and highly personalized shopping experience for every client, both in-store and remotely. Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, stylists, and industry professionals. Curate personalized wardrobe recommendations across ready-to-wear, accessories, fine jewelry, and lifestyle categories. Proactively cultivate new business through outreach, appointments, referrals, networking, and clienteling initiatives. Present seasonal collections, exclusive launches, and limited-edition products to clients with confidence and expertise. Partner closely with the buying and merchandising teams to support product knowledge and selling strategies. Maintain the visual presentation and elevated service standards that define the Just One Eye experience. Consistently achieve individual sales goals while contributing to the success of the broader team. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail, personal shopping, or client advisory. Demonstrated success building and maintaining a loyal clientele. Strong understanding of luxury fashion, craftsmanship, and contemporary designers. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to business development. Professional, polished, and service-oriented with meticulous attention to detail.
