Treasury Analyst

Treasury AnalystThe Treasury Analyst supports Motion Industries' initiatives to increase productivity and efficiency in the use of working capital and continuous evaluation of policies and procedures for process improvements.Job DutiesPerforms analysis of key processes in payables and receivables, reports on performance metrics, and recommends process changes to improve such metrics.Engages with the Motion Supply Chain team to evaluate and recommend improvements to supplier relationships from a Motion Treasury perspective.Assists with reviews of new leases for proper accounting classification.Supports field needs relating to existing credit card and vending programs.Monitors data integrity between multiple ERP platforms and PeopleSoft accounting software.Responsible for cash management.Responsible for reconciliations of key activity.Works with electronic payment / receipt programs.Performs other duties as assigned.Education & ExperienceTypically requires a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field and zero (0) to two (2) years of experience or an equivalent combination.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word• Professional demeanor, with excellent communication skills, verbal and written• Highly organized and detail oriented• Self-motivated with the ability to independently manage multiple responsibilities and projects concurrently with the ability to meet deadlines• Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a teamCompany InformationMotion Industries offers an excellent benefits package which includes options for healthcare coverage, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, vacation, sick, and holiday pay.Not the right fit?
